My wife says that she wished there had been a washing machine in the building for longer stays.

Big size apartment near the centre of Kitzbühel and shops/restaurants. Quiet setting to slopes. Helpful and responsive staff. Comfy bed. Garden view from the windows.

Stayed there for 4 nights, liked it. The staff members were helpful. Its location was marvellous and peaceful, 5 mins drive from a moor lake. Everything about this stay was JUST PERFECT, thanks.

The room was amazing, it had two and a half bathrooms and a comfy pullout couch in the living area. The apartment was spacious with 2 floors and a fully-equipped kitchen. The balcony and terrace had stunning views of the mountains and town center. The design of Villa Anna's apartments was top-notch. The kitchen had everything we needed and the free WiFi was a bonus. The 127 m² maisonette apartment was pure luxury, perfect for a special stay. Some units even had balconies with beautiful mountain or garden views. The modern facilities and scenic views in every apartment were a treat. It was great to have a private bathroom with a hairdryer in our unit.

Personally, I would have preferred if the apartment had more bathrooms.

Convenient location near the town center, shops, restaurants, and bus stop. The staff was really helpful and quick to respond to our questions. 🌟

The living area of this unique apartment had a kitchen with all the amenities, like a refrigerator, oven, and even a dishwasher. It felt like having my own personal chef, except without the questionable cooking skills and messy kitchen.

No washing machine.

Superb location, just a 3-minute walk to the center of Kitzbühel and 400 meters to the Kitzbühler Horn ski lift. We had a fantastic time exploring the town and enjoying the convenience of being close to everything. In the summer, there are plenty of activities like hiking, swimming, and golf that kept the kids entertained.

For dads, it would be great if there were more children's activities available for families with young kids.

Beautifully presented, extremely comfortable and mind-blowingly clean apartment with super location and easy access to ski bus. Surrounded by serene nature with the soothing sounds of a mountain stream. Ample parking, well-equipped kitchen, and helpful communication via WhatsApp. Highly recommended for a jaw-dropping stay in.

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, incredible shower, Netflix-capable TV, and was in close proximity to a great Chinese restaurant and simple food and drink options. the host was easily reachable via WhatsApp and granted a late check-out for free.
